The Acrylics & Wine Private Event is approximately 2 ½ - 3 hours in length for instruction and a small break for dry time. The price per participant is $35 and included for every participant is a gallery wrapped canvas, easels, brushes, paints and paper products. Dane will work with you and your guests to re-create the featured painting that was selected by YOU! Acrylics & Wine has a large variety of paintings to choose from, be sure to let us know what theme you are looking for such as abstract art, fun/whimsical scenes, beach scene, quote art, floral, wine, cityscape, landscape etc. when booking your event. Groups larger than 30 people can get a group discount.

 

When setting your private event start time, please keep in mind this is the time instruction will begin; please have your guests arrive a little early to get ready to paint & party! We can bring the paint party to you, your business, favorite restaurant or have the party in our Studio. Refreshments of any kind are not included in the registration fee for the event so please check with your local Acrylics & Wine Event Planner for information regarding beverages and food.

As a general rule a minimum booking of 6 guests is required for Acrylics & Wine Private Events. Please check with Dane for guest count minimums since they may vary with location of party and drive time in larger cities. The date and time of your event is scheduled just for you; a non refundable deposit is required to schedule your painting extravaganza! You can book your party here. The deadline for adding guest to your pARTy is 24 hours before the event. There is a limitation on how many coupons or discounts can be used when paying for private pARTies.
